With a global engineering force of 1200 specialists dedicated to converting complex boardroom visions into scalable, AI-ready realities for the world’s most regulated industries.
Global Execution & Scale With a 25-year career spanning the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, Firas is a veteran of Microsoft’s Office of the CTO, where he served as a strategic advisor to over 450 global C-suite leaders. His expertise lies in navigating the intersection of massive data estates and complex compliance landscapes. He orchestrated the modernization of Connells Group’s data infrastructure—one of the largest in the world—unifying siloed environments into a streamlined, AI-fueled decision-making engine.
Pioneering Sovereign AI & Governance on Sovereign AI Architecture, Firas addresses the critical need for national and corporate data autonomy. He has deployed over 100 AI projects, underpinned by rigorous governance frameworks he developed for governments and multinational corporations. His work ensures that AI integration is not only innovative but compliant, secure, and culturally aligned—a skill set he has applied for Tier-1 institutions like UBS, AXA, Proctor & Gamble (P&G) and FIFA.
